ATHLETIC BOARD:
Financially supports and oversees the athletic program at St. Augustine.
BOY SCOUTS:
Chartered at St. Augustine for over 70 years, the Boy Scouts are open to young men from 11-17. The basic mission is to teach the boys how to follow all Scout Laws and to learn to enjoy the outdoors and develop the skills necessary to accomplish both. Members meet every Sunday at 6:00 pm in the St. Augustine School. Summer meetings are at Lake Dorothy.
CULTURE OF LIFE:
Members study to deepen their understanding of the Church’s teaching on the sanctity of life, the role of the family and to help fellow Catholics and others understand it, as well as to grasp the particular challenges posed by the “Culture of Death” and to take more effective action to meet the grave challenges they pose to us all.
Faith, fun and fellowship geared to teens who are in high school.
MIDDLE SCHOOL YOUTH GROUP:
Meets on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 pm in the school or Rectory Meeting Room.
Barberton Council #1617, serves the community through living the motto “Charity, Unity, Fraternity, and Patriotism.” There are currently about 275 members who serve by collecting money for mentally-challenged citizens, providing rosaries for First Communicants, supporting the Bishop, priests, St. Augustine School and other Catholic schools, offering insurance, promoting patriotism, and doing other good works. Meetings are on the second Monday of the month at 7:15 pm, beginning with the rosary, at the Knights hall at 70 North Van Buren. All Catholic men are invited.

MEN’S FELLOWSHIP:
By study and sharing of Scripture and the Catechism of the Catholic Church, participants seek to grow in practical application of their faith in their daily lives, to grow in their relationships with God and family, and to establish Catholic brotherhood at St. Augustine.
MUNCHKIN BASKETBALL:
A four-week program to teach 1st-4th graders the fundamentals of basketball.
PTO:
The parent-teacher organization strives to enhance the educational experience of St. Augustine students by supporting academic and enrichment activities, developing closer connections between school and home, providing volunteer and financial support, and encouraging better communication. Meeting times vary.
WOMEN OF FAITH:
WOF is a multi-generational group of women supporting one another through prayer, friendship and opportunities for service and spiritual growth. St. Augustine Women of Faith (WOF) is two years old this June. Meetings are held the third Tuesday of every month (but July) from 6:30-8:30 pm in the school cafeteria. Meetings and activities provide opportunities for spiritual growth, social interaction and service. All women are invited to attend.
